My new trainor and I are working well...

We are working on improving my gait and most of my training in the past was stongly focused on my making muscles stronger. I am working with Gary 3-4 times a week and since we are processing new ideas for improvement, my gait is getting better at a faster rate. Of course the usage of the Walk-Aide did assist my left calf muscle has almost returned to its origional size.
