The mornings are very tuff for me, I went back to caffeine and that helped a little but, sitting most of the day doesn't.

I am feeling OK so far I did get some medium caffeine coffee. I do not feel as weak with none and my balance is still off but, I'll live with that.

Well I am trying the decaf and I just feel weaker and a little less stress.

I did not have decaf yet this morning and I still am feeling high stress I hope to try it tomorrow.

You have to watch out for having too much coffee in the morning or really anytime during the day. We may need some to 'wake up' but, too much hurts.

This part of rehab is very hard and very lonely. I did bring it all on myself which is even harder on me. If you don't know, one thing about head injury is we spend a lot of time thinking and talking about ourselves.

I am dealing with a lot of problems with this rehab and new medication doses. I am sorry I have not been posting for a while, I will try to post more often.
